JetSet Crew uses PayPal as its online payment processor. For most users, this is a quick, convenient way to make a purchase, but from time to time some customers have experienced difficulties using the system. This page provides tips and advice to help you complete your order online using PayPal.

PayPal Speed Tips

1. You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to make a ticket purchase. When you are presented with the choice "Don't have a PayPal Account?", please choose it (click "Secure Checkout").
2. You do not need to indicate a shipping address. You may choose "Shipping is not required", as tickets are not mailed out before events.

PayPal Procedure

When you exit the checkout on the JetSet Crew Website, you are taken to the PayPal site. Here are some screens you might encounter along the way. Click on the images to enlarge them.

	Checkout: no PayPal account You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to make a ticket purchase. When you reach this screen, please choose the "Secure Checkout" button on the left side of the screen. Click to enlarge.
	Checkout: PayPal account If PayPal senses* that you have an account with them, it will ask you whether you want to log in to your PayPal account. If you're not accustomed to using PayPal for purchases, simply avoid it by choosing "..do not currently have a PayPal account (click here)". Click to enlarge. *PayPal uses "cookies".
	Shipping Information Either of the two screens above should get you to the Shipping page. You do not need to indicate a shipping address. You may choose "Shipping is not required", as tickets are not mailed out before events. Simply c lick Continue Checkout to proceed. Click to enlarge.
	Billing Information Here is where your credit card information is input. You will need to re-enter your contact info as well, as it is not transferred from the JetSet Crew site. Click to enlarge.
